Introduction to Tai Chi
Taught by Bob Carter
Every Tuesday Evening
6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
Bob Carter will offer an open and ongoing class
in Tai Chi teaching two of its components: Chi
Kung and Tai Chi Chuan. Both aspects of Tai
Chi nourish the body, mind and Spirit.
Participants will also learn how to feel and move
chi energy throughout their body. Tai Chi is
meditation in motion, graceful in movement,
slow in tempo, and fluid in natural postures.

been the standard "textbook for Unity" for many
years. Cady's straight-forward approach to teach the
New Thought is both impressive and easy to read.
"Lessons In Truth" is a clear, concise representation of
New Though philosophy and metaphysical
Christianity. The spiritual concepts presented in these
twelve lessons show us how to increase our personal
empowerment and enhance our spiritual growth. Dr.
Cady teaches that our lives can be transformed by the
power of our thoughts, words, and beliefs. She
encourages us to find our truth as it is written in our
own hearts and then apply these truths in every area
of our lives.
The book will be available for sale at the Church. The
book is also available to read on the internet. Please
register on the sign-up sheet and specify if you will be
purchasing a book at Church.
