To begin today, I asked you to change your seat and observe how you felt. Did you jump right up and make a dash for another seat? Or did you sit with your arms folded thinking, “I’m not budging!” Maybe you felt inconvenienced, or thought, “But this is MY seat!”
CHANGE!!! … It’s ALL about CHANGE!The world is changing fast, and the one thing we can depend on is change itself. Yet we resist it—sometimes even the smallest shifts. But as long as we live, we are always changing and growing. Unity provides spiritual principles—a “toolbox” we can rely on when life brings unexpected turns.

Change is like a Birth It gives us the chance to become who we are truly capable of being. Marianne Williamson, in The Gift of Change, reminds us that spiritual labor is often difficult, but every situation brings the gift of transformation.
Jesus and Being Born Anew Each time we release anger, fear, guilt, or blame, we are born anew—into a new way of thinking and being.
The Kingdom of Heaven Within Unity practice doesn’t prevent challenges like illness or loss, but reminds us there is an unchanging Presence within us. Jesus taught that the Kingdom of Heaven is within—not external or far away.
God as Flow Everything in form changes to rise in vibration with God’s ever-present flow. Change itself is a transformational agent, always holding Divine Possibility.

As St. Jerome said:
“Good, Better, Best. Never let it rest. Until your Good is Better and your Better is Best!”
Marianne Williamson writes:
“Life as we knew it is passing away, and something new is emerging to take its place … the gift that awaits us now is the chance to become who we really are.”
Closing Reminder: Every situation is an opportunity to grow. Change is inevitable, you define its meaning, and your best is yet to come. This is the Gift of Change!
